“The Work” as Katie calls it, is a simple yet powerful process
of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question

It’s a way of understanding what’s hurting you so you can address the cause of your problems with clarity. “The work” is a straightforward practice of asking yourself 4 questions and turnarounds. That’s it.

Reading Katie’s book “Loving What Is” is recommended but not essential. These are available for purchase from Diane.

Once you have completed the “Introduction to the Work” course, you are invited to participate in an ongoing support group. These are also held at the Redlands Healing Centre, and these sessions are $15 for Centre Members or $20 for Non-Members. Talk to Diane if you are interested in participating in these groups.
